This page sets out the terms on which you may use this website, and how we handle personal information. It is in two parts: Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By using this website you accept both.
In this page, “Simas Group”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Simas Group, New Delhi, India. “You” means anyone visiting or contacting us through this website.
Part one
Terms of Use
1. Who we are
We are an exporter and supplier, based in New Delhi, India. We source construction machinery, tractor and auto parts, accessories and packaging and export them worldwide. 2. Using this website
You may browse this website and use it to contact us about the products we supply. You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable export control or sanctions law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system;
- copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the site without our written permission;
- submit false, misleading or abusive information through our enquiry form.
3. Product information, specifications and images
This is important, so please read it carefully.
- We supply, we do not manufacture. The machines and parts shown here are made by third-party manufacturers. We source, inspect, pack and export them. Any warranty is the one given by the manufacturer, as set out in your contract of sale.
- Specifications are indicative. Dimensions, weights, capacities, power ratings and model designations shown on this site are for general guidance. They may change without notice when a manufacturer revises a design, and they may vary by market and configuration.
- Images are illustrative. Photographs and renderings are shown to convey the type and general arrangement of a machine. Colour, fittings, decals, attachments and detail may differ from the unit actually supplied.
- Third-party marks. Where a machine, component or photograph carries the name or mark of another company, that mark belongs to its owner. Its appearance here does not imply that its owner endorses us or is affiliated with us.
- Confirm before you buy. Nothing on this website should be relied on as a final specification. Always ask us for a written specification sheet for the exact configuration you intend to order.
4. Quotations and orders
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, and no price is shown or implied here. An enquiry does not create a contract. A binding contract arises only when we issue a written quotation or proforma invoice for a specific configuration and quantity, and you accept it in writing on the payment and delivery terms stated. Quotations are valid only for the period stated on them, and remain subject to stock, lead time and the applicable Incoterms.
Export documentation, inspection requirements, duties and taxes at the port of entry are dealt with in the relevant contract, not on this page.
5. Intellectual property
The layout, text, graphics and arrangement of this website, and the Simas Group name and logo, are our property or are used by us under licence. You may not use them without our written permission, except that you may print or download extracts for your own reference in evaluating a purchase.
6. Links to other sites
This site links to third-party services, including a Google Maps location embed and our social media profile. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or their handling of your data.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, contract, business or anticipated saving, arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your rights and remedies in respect of goods you actually purchase from us are governed by the contract of sale, not by this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website. Where a separate contract of sale specifies a different governing law, arbitration seat or jurisdiction, that contract prevails for matters relating to the sale.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above, is the version that applies.
Part two
Privacy Policy
1. Our approach
This is a straightforward business website. We do not run advertising on it, we do not build marketing profiles of individual visitors, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. We ask for your details only when you choose to contact us, and we use them to reply. We also measure how the site is used, in aggregate, so that we can improve it — section 2 explains exactly how.
2. Cookies and website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find this site and which pages are useful, so that we can improve it. To do that it stores cookies on your device and collects:
- the pages you view, the order you view them in and how long you spend on each;
- how you arrived — for example from a search engine, a link on another site, or directly;
- your approximate location (usually city or region), derived from your IP address;
- your device type, screen size, operating system, browser and language.
We look at this in aggregate to see how the site is performing. We do not use it to identify you personally, we do not combine it with your enquiry details, and we do not use it for advertising or remarketing.
The cookies set for this purpose are:

Google Analytics is provided by Google, which acts as our processor for it. Google's own handling of that data is covered by Google's privacy policy.
3. Controlling cookies
You can refuse or remove these cookies at any time, and the site will continue to work normally:
- Opt out of Google Analytics everywhere by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser. Every major browser lets you block third-party or all cookies, delete existing ones, or browse privately. Look under Settings → Privacy.
- Send a Do Not Track signal. If your browser sends one, we will not object — though be aware there is no industry-wide agreement on how it must be honoured.
Aside from the analytics cookies above, and any set by the Google services described in section 6, this website stores nothing on your device. We do not use advertising pixels, session-recording tools or cross-site tracking.
4. Things this website will never do
- We take no payments here. No card, bank or payment details are collected through this website.
- There are no user accounts. You cannot register, and we store no passwords.
- We do not sell your data. We have never sold or rented personal information, and we will not.
5. Enquiries you send us
If you send an enquiry through the form on our contact page, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message. If you email or telephone us instead, we receive whatever you choose to tell us, together with your email address or number.
We use this only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange shipment and keep a record of our dealings with you. We do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.
6. Third-party services on this site
Besides the analytics described in section 2, two further external services load as part of these pages. Because your browser fetches content from them directly, they can see your IP address and basic technical information such as your browser type, and they may set their own cookies. We do not control that.
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — supplies the typefaces used across the site.
- Google Maps — the location map embedded on our home and contact pages.
Both are operated by Google. Their handling of that data is covered by Google's own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running reliably.
7. Legal basis and consent
Where consent is the basis on which we handle your information, you give it by choosing to contact us. Otherwise we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, on taking steps to enter into a contract with you, and on complying with our legal and tax obligations.
8. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary:
- with freight forwarders, shipping lines, inspection agencies and customs brokers, where that is needed to quote for or fulfil your order;
- with Google, which processes website usage data on our behalf as described in section 2;
- with Web3Forms, which relays submissions from our enquiry form to our inbox, and with the providers that operate our website hosting and email — each handling your message only in order to deliver it to us;
- with our professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, under a duty of confidence;
- where we are required to do so by law, by a court, or by a regulatory or tax authority.
We do not authorise any of these providers to use your information for their own purposes.
9. International transfers
We are based in India and we export worldwide. If you contact us from another country, your enquiry will be received and handled in India, and may be shared with shipping and inspection parties in the country of destination in order to fulfil an order.
10. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Where a sale takes place, we keep the associated commercial and export records for as long as tax, customs and company law require. You may ask us to delete correspondence that we are not required to retain.
11. Security
This website is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information you send us and limit access to it to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
12. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to:
- confirm what personal information about you we hold, and give you a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
- stop using your information for a particular purpose, or withdraw a consent you previously gave.
If you are in India, these rights arise under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are in the UK, the EU or another region with comparable law, we will honour equivalent rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of them, write to exports@simasgroup.in, or to info@simasgroup.in.
13. Children
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
